It is a well-known truth that we hear our own voice much more than any other voice. It is also true that among all the thousands of thoughts we have each day the majority of them are negative.

In order to bloom into the women God created us to be, we must change this pattern! Making these little and simple affirmation cards is a beautiful start. The one pictured is my latest but it is by no means my only affirmation card or the only way to make one.
